Event Description
We are delighted to offer an online briefing session for colleagues interested in applying for the Into Headship Programme 2025 – 2026.
Margaret Orr, who chairs the interview panel on behalf of Education Scotland, will give an overview of the programme but will focus particularly on the application and interview process. Margaret has had extensive experience in leadership development and has worked closely with GTCS on the development and delivery of the Professional Standards. She has chaired the interview panel for a number of years and is therefore well placed to give an insight into what makes a successful experience.
