Event Description

We delighted to welcome Generation Scotland | The University of Edinburgh to deliver this free information session for SCIS.

Generation Scotland is the largest family health study in Scotland. They have already helped research into cancer, dementia, diabetes, depression, mental health and more.

For the first time ever they can now include young people over the age of 12 in their studies and are looking for schools who may be interested in becoming GS Health Research Champions.

There are a number of exciting studies in 2024 specifically for young people including Loneliness in the Digital World and an Ambient Sleep Study and they can offer webinars, lesson plans, connections around health data/genetics/brain sciences and mental health.

***Joining instructions will be send to delegates 24 hours in advance***
