Cancellation and refund policy
- Cancellations must be advised by email 5 working days prior to the event.
- A refund will not be granted if a registrant fails to attend or cancels within 5 working days prior to the event.
- We welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no additional cost.
- Cancellations for residential courses must be advised 6 weeks prior to the event.
Event Description
This two part programme is designed to build participants’ knowledge of coaching and raise confidence in how to carry out a coaching conversation at any level.
Key areas of focus will include:
- Defining Coaching and its value
- Examining our core values
- Understanding and limiting the power of our inner critic
- Coaching conversations - GROW model
- The role of feedback
You will have the opportunity to work in trios as the coach, coachee and observer, to practise our skills.
We are delighted to welcome back Lindsay Clancy, founder of Silver Jotter Coaching to deliver this bespoke coaching programme. Lindsay has 17 years experience as an English teacher, Associate Tutor at the University of Glasgow, and is qualified and accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
